Clean, maintence and upkeep
A¡¢The humidifier should be cleaned when the mist output is found reducing. Remove the miscellany and dust attached on the nylon or metallic net on the outside of the wall first.Then clean the inside of the device (take RH-2 for example)
1¡¢ Cleaning the inside of humidifier, screw off the drainage thread plug (13) at the center of bottom, discharge the wastewater,
remove the drainage slice (12), clean the lower part of water suction pipe (15) and clean the water basin (9).
2¡¢ It should clean the fly waste on the mist net when the mist output is found largen. Take RH-2 for example, screw off the drainage
thread plug (13) at the center of bottom, remove the drainage slice (12), discharge the wastewater,and brush the fly waste on the
mist net (18) with brusher.
3¡¢ The way of clean inside of RH-3 humidifier is the same as RH-2.
B¡¢ The humidifier will not spray if the water level in the basin is too low due to low water pressure or low position of the water tower. In this case,adjust the adjusting screw (11) until a small amount of water flows out or the water level is 1cm lower than the lower part of the outlet.Anyway, if much water overflows or the water level is higher than the outlet, the machine must be stopped immediately, and adjust the water level reasonably, otherwise, themain motor may be burnt.
C¡¢ If the spray head does mot turn or turns interruptedly in RH-2 humidifier,then check whether the small motor (5) runs or not, and whether the ball
(19) turns or not.
Installation
A¡¢ The spray head of the humidifier can be turned by 360 ,and there are three kinds of installation method:
1¡¢ install on the crossbeam
2¡¢ put on the hathpace
3¡¢suspend under the roof
B¡¢ The connecting method of water inlet hose and overflow pipe: Connect the water inlet and delivery pipe after installing the
humidifier, turn on the water tap and put through the single-phase electrical source, then it can work .The water inlet and
overflow are connected through a plastic pipe or a G1/2¡± soft screwed conduit.The overflow pipe must be lower than overflow
outlet.Without water overflowing,the humidifier can also apray mist and the source water pressure also remains normal.Stop
the machineimmediately for inspection if there is much water overflow or the overflowed water level is higher than the outlet.
Turn off water source if the humidifier won£¬t be used for a long time.
C¡¢ The usage of humidity controller: If you want to humidify automatically,please put the humidity controller to a place where
the mist sprayed by the humidifier cannot reach directly, but also observe it easily, then put through the single-phase electrical
source. Connect the humidifier with humidity controller, and adjust the conteoller to the value as repuired by the workshop. When
the humidity gets to the preset value, the humidifier will turn off automatically. When the humidity drops under thej preset value,
the humidifier will start working automatically to keep proper humidity in the workshop.
D¡¢ The diagrammatic sketch for covering nylon net on the tunnel interface of humidifier air duct is not necessary in some workshop
s where the ambient air is clean enough such as chemical fiber industry and silk industry. In this case, it isjust enough to cover
nylon net on the tunnel interface. The nylon net will be put on a rectangular framework, which is installed at the tunnel interface.
The diagrammatic sketch is following, if the humidifier is used in a workshop where there is cotton, wool and linen etc. fly wastes,
you should note the following two points when connecting air-duct:
£±¡¢The part outside the wall should be made into a rectangular frameworkwhich is
